Petra Boutique Hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action, including restricting access to hotel facilities or ending a stay where permitted by applicable law, in cases of serious violations of these terms. Guests may be held responsible for damage caused to hotel property, subject to applicable law.
General Hotel Rules:
Guest rooms are intended for accommodation purposes only. Any other use requires prior approval from hotel management.
Guests are requested to follow the hotel's smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking rooms and in any areas where smoking is not permitted. Guests must observe all fire safety instructions throughout the property.
Room furnishings, equipment, and amenities are provided for registered guests. Guests must not remove hotel property from its designated location or allow unauthorized persons to use room facilities without permission.
All guests are expected to respect the comfort and privacy of others. Excessive noise, loud music, disruptive behavior, and other disturbances are not permitted, particularly during nighttime hours.
Housekeeping services are provided according to the hotel's operating procedures and the arrangements applicable to each reservation. The hotel may request access to a guest room for cleaning, maintenance, safety, or emergencies, while respecting guest privacy and applicable law.
Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property caused by their actions or negligence, subject to applicable law. Reasonable repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs may be charged where justified. Any existing damage should be reported to reception as soon as possible after arrival.
Flexible reservation conditions:
Depending on the selected rate and booking conditions, a valid credit card or another approved guarantee may be required to secure a reservation. If the payment card belongs to someone other than a registered guest, additional authorization may be requested.
Where applicable, the hotel may request a credit card pre-authorization to verify the payment method or secure eligible charges associated with the reservation. A pre-authorization temporarily reserves funds and is not necessarily a completed payment. The time required for the hold to be released depends on the card issuer and payment provider.
Cancellation deadlines, applicable fees, and amendment conditions depend on the rate selected and the terms stated in the booking confirmation.
Guests should review their reservation details carefully and contact Petra Boutique Hotel directly using the contact information in their confirmation email if they need to cancel or amend a booking.
Guests who expect to arrive later than planned should notify the hotel in advance. If a guest does not arrive or fails to cancel within the applicable cancellation period, the hotel may apply the charges specified in the confirmed reservation terms.
The booking confirmation contains the reservation details, applicable rate conditions, and relevant contact information. Guests are encouraged to check that their dates, room type, occupancy, and contact details are correct.
Non-refundable reservation conditions:
Reservations booked under a non-refundable rate are subject to the specific conditions displayed during booking and stated in the confirmation.
Where required by the selected rate, the reservation amount may be charged in advance in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time of booking.
Non-refundable reservations may not qualify for a refund if cancelled, modified, or not used. Any exceptions, including those required by applicable law or expressly approved by the hotel, will be handled according to the relevant booking conditions.

Housing rules and accommodation conditions:
Check-in and check-out times are those communicated by the hotel or specified in the booking confirmation. Guests who require early check-in or late check-out should contact reception in advance. Such requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Guests must provide accurate registration details and valid identification when required by the hotel or applicable Jordanian regulations.
The number of guests staying in a room must not exceed the confirmed occupancy limit. Additional occupants are subject to hotel approval and may incur extra charges.
Guests are responsible for settling the accommodation price and any additional charges incurred during their stay, according to the confirmed booking conditions. These may include applicable taxes, additional services, damages, or other authorized charges.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Any lost property found on the premises should be reported to reception. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure and contact hotel staff if assistance is needed.
Between 10 PM (22:00 hours) and 6 AM (6:00 hours) there is a time of night rest, calm and quiet in the hotel. We kindly ask all guests to respect it.
Behaviors which leads to disturbing other guests from night rest are strictly forbidden. That includes loud TV or music listening, loud discussion in the rooms or in the corridors and other disturbing manners. In the case of serious violation of this rule, the hotel may penalize the guests with a financial fine up to 300 EUR or, in necessary cases, call the police.
